|요약||In this study, the galloping phenomenon has been investigated a potential cause of power failure by liming of ice with recovered synthetic meteorological data along the power line over the Hambaek Mt.. The local temperature, precipitation and wind speed data has estimated by QTM, QPM and QWM, which are the models to estimate temperature, precipitation, and wind speed for any local point from the coarse observation data, respectively.|
